Britny says, “My passion for working with animals started when I was very young. Right after I graduated high school, I went straight to animal behavior college, where I earned a certificate in animal behavior and became a professional dog trainer.
 
I trained for about three years until I decided I wanted to try grooming. I’ve always been artistic and creative, so grooming just felt like a natural way to combine my talents. I went to grooming academy and fell in love with not only making pets look beautiful but how happy the clients would be when they came to pick up their pets.  

To me, grooming is more than just a haircut. I get to know the pet and make a personal connection with their owner. They become like family to me, and this is what makes me love my job.”
